Day 12 of my new squat challenge and I was able to complete 50 squats today. Looking for more motivated individuals to join me!!
This challenge will be a squat challenge. I chose a squat challenge because I felt that the ability to perform these squats anywhere like work, school, office, and at home made it easier to complete.
The challenge:
Perform at least 50 squats per day. They DO NOT have to be consecutive. You can ease into this challenge by maybe doing 5-10 at a time. Your daily squats should total to a minimum of 50 squats. You can always go above and beyond.
If you are interested in this challenge simply perform your 50 squats and use the tag #50squatchallenge and tag me so I can support you during this challenge.
Strongly encourage everyone to take one before the challenge pic, and update after a few weeks to show the growth in your body.

Day 1: 50
Day 2: 50
Day 3: 0 + 60 = 60 Total team squats
Day 4:0
Day 5:0
Day 6: 60
Day 7: 75 + 50 =125 Total team squats
Day 8: 100 + 147 + 50
= 297 Total team squats (Highest team total!)
Day 9: 50
Day 10: 120 + 50 = 170 Total team squats
Day 11: 0
Day 12: 50 + 50 + 50
=150 Total team squats
