Skip breakfast causes weight gain?
ANSWER:
Absolutely NOT!
WHY:
It doesn't matter if you ate breakfast or not, at the end that you need to count is daily calories intake. We just been brainwashed to took breakfast everyday to start our day. This happened is only to promote products. "Start your day with Brand X or Breakfast with Brand Y" sounds familiar right? It's a trend that has been made because research shows the result of a state or country that majority didn't took their breakfast had most obesity population.
How about people who fasting in Ramadhan or in fitness people who did intermittent fasting? Did they gain weight? NO!
