12 SETS
-8 PULL UPS
-8 CHIN UPS
-25 PUSH UPS
-25 SIT UPS
-10 BURPEES
The great thing about this workout is all you need is a pull up bar and you can do it any wear!! One last this too is if you cant do 8 pull ups have some one help you or us a band and same with push ups go to your knees on the push ups if you cant get them all there is no sham got to start somewhere.
