Today for our workout we’re going to destroy our arms!
With this workout we’ll be shooting to burn our arms out.
I’ll also be including pictures for references so please excuse my fat, my body is still a work in progress.
Incline dumbbell curls-30
Single dumbbell tricep- 30
21’s (as you can tell 21 is the number of reps per set, the amount of burn with this is maximum!!!)-63
So with these you’ll start at the bottom or top, just your preference, and you’ll go half way, then you’ll stop mid and go 7 other half, the last 7 you’ll do the full range of motion for ultimate burn! You’ll do 3 sets of 21. Picture goes from left to right.
Triceps barbell push-30
Hammer curls-30
Cable triceps down extension-30
Cable curls-30
Forward cable tricep pull-30
We ended the workout with machine curls and machine triceps extensions for a combine-40 reps
So as you can see in the picture. I’m no super fit crazy person....yet. I’m working on it everyday, so if I can do it so can you!
