I went back in the gym for another easy session last night.
It has been really tough this winter to stay focused on my training, plus I have had lots on the go like trying to find a new house.
Work has been really demanding lately too which has been wearing me down, so by the time I get home I just want to relax and do nothing.
It was good however to get back into the gym. I have definitely lost quite a bit of strength although I think part of that is just the shock of lifting again.
