Hello appreciated community. My good wishes for all.
Today I want to share with you a fabulous and rich fish set.
I tell you that this dish is a delight, you can prepare it on any occasion, but Venezuelans, specifically in the east of the country, have a custom and tradition to prepare it during Holy Week.
For this you will need:
2 kilos of optional fish (dogfish, tuna, ray)
12 eggs
1 kilo of onion
6 heads of garlic
2 peppers
250 grams of scallion
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Black peppers to taste
Half a kilo of cheese
1/4 kilo of bread crumbs
4 ripe bananas
1 kilo of potatoes
3 carrots
1/2 cup olive oil
100 grams of olive with bone
Vinegar and salt to taste
PREPARATION
The fish is fried, then it is left to cool, crumble and set aside. In a container all the ingredients are chopped, and in a pan the oil is placed and it is added little by little until sautéing, then the pepper and the soy sauce are added.
In the same way potatoes are fried, carrots chopped into small slices and added to the shredded fish, mixing well, together with the bread crumbs, the cheese, the olives and the plantain minced.
Once united, it is reserved separately.
In a new container, the egg whites are separated from the eggs and mixed until it is about to sigh and the yolks are incorporated.
Then take a tray type and greased, and place a layer of beaten egg with the mixture of all fish, salt and a splash of vinegar with potatoes, bananas and other ingredients.
Finally, it is taken to the oven preheated to 180 degrees as if it were going to cook a cake, and it is left for 45 minutes until the fruit set is firm.
When resting, we can cut it into portions, it is also a delight.
BON APPETITE!
