Today I pass by here to share with you some delicious and healthy oatmeal cookies.
Oatmeal is a cereal rich in proteins, unsaturated fats and B vitamins. It is the cereal with the highest concentration of vitamins and minerals and has many health benefits.
In addition, oats have been consumed for more than 4,000 years. For this reason, adding oatmeal to any meal or dessert is one of the best habits to stay healthy.
INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
