Hello friends a very good morning to all today i would like to share my recipe of making crispy ladyfinger as you all know it has high nutritional value.
Ingredients
Ladyfinger
CHILLI, ONION, GARLIC AND SALT
Instruction
In a deep frying pan add some mustard oil ( As mustered oil enhances the taste of lady finger)
Now add garlic and green chilli and fry till it becomes slightly golden in color
Now add the onions and fry till it becomes golden in colour
Now add the ladyfinger and remember to cook it on high flame and don't add salt to it. Till it is 3/4th cooked.
Once it is 3/4th cooked add salt as adding salt before that can make the ladyfinger sticky.
After adding salt don't cover it with a lid as it can effect the crispy part of the ladyfinger.
Now after 5 minutes lower the flame and after another 5 minutes take it out in a bowl and serve with Roti or paratha.
