Noodles are instant foods favored by many people. Each place has a favorite noodle that characterizes and symbolizes the fame of a tradition. Italy is famous for spaghetti, China with Chow Mein or Ma To Shang Shu noodles, and Aceh (a province in Indonesia) has a legendary Mie Aceh.
These are some types of noodles I've ever enjoyed, and the delights I can not describe with words. The following noodles I tasted in some places I've visited. I will never forget, and always want to taste it again if there is a chance.
