The vegetable omelette menu is very easy on the food in winter.
3 chicken eggs 1/4 tsp salt1 / 4 tsp pepper powder tbsp cooking oil 2 garlic cloves, chopped 3 onion cloves, chopped75 gr carrots, coarse shavings75 gr beans, thinly sliced 1 red tomato, diced small 1 spring onion, finely sliced 1 slice / 50 gr sausage, cut into pieces
How to make
Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Set aside. Divide into two parts (to make 2 pieces of omelette). Meanwhile, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant. (We recommend using a non stick sticky pancake with a diameter of 14 cm). Add carrots, beans, tomatoes, onions, and sausages. Stir briefly until the vegetables are slightly wilted. Pour the egg whites. Flatten vegetables all over the surface of the omelet. Reduce the heat and cover the skillet for 2 minutes. Raise it on a serving plate, fold the omelette.
