Hi steemian! I miss posting here. I was out because I need to start working. I really want to be a fulltime steemian however I have no choice.
Whole day I was thinking about what I will post. I recently have a dinner. This is a usual meal for filipino. We call it galunggong in english hard tail mackerel. I made a soy sauce with calamansi for the dip sauce.
Aside from deep fried, you can also add tomato, onion and saute them. Add some vinegar and don't forget the ginger. Uhmm.... Yummy!
