Hey my steemit friends what's new? Here I am again bringing some new content!
Today I'd like to show you some improvements in my garden and my kitchen as well.
I got up and I decided to cook something really delicious for lunch, I'm in a diet so I need to eat healthy, so I went to my garden and I harvested some peppers:
Then I cooked some chicken with veggies and pumpkin with a little bit of cheese, and I drank a glass of water with a bit of lemon.
I've been eating stuff like these for 2 or 3 months and now I'm feeling better and healthier!! Would you like to try something similar? Just go ahead! I'm sure you're feeling better soon.
