Happy Sunday guys,hope you are enjoying your day? I must tell you I really love cooking.Today I will like to share with you my jollof rice recipes and steps of cooking,I wish you try it sometime.
INGREDIENTS
•Tomatoes
•Tatashe
•Pepper
•Onions
•Garlic and ginger
•Tin tomatoes
•Bay leaf
•Butter
•Maggi
•Curry
•Thyme
•Adobo all purpose seasoning
•Jollof rice spices
•Salt
METHOD
•Blend tomatoes, tatashe, pepper and onions
•Boil to dry out water
•Heat small amount of vegetable oil
•Chop onions and fry
•Add to tomatoes, add tin tomatoes and stir •fry until oil comes up
•Per boil rice and wash or wash and soak with hot water for some minutes ( your choice)
•Add rice to tomatoes, add meat stock, seasoning, bay leaf and butter
•Cook rice. When water dries out and rice isn’t cooked
properly, you can cover with foil paper, reduce the heat and continue to cook.
