Lincah (so called nicah) is a typical of fruit salad from Aceh. Lincah consists of pieces of a number of young fruits are chopped up in small form and stirred with specific spices. Lincah is made of fruits such as mango, papaya, yam, sweet potato, cucumber, kuini mango, banana and others. The fruits that have been chopped up are then stirred into a special spice while it is grinding / popping. The spices that are pulverized consist of rumbia fruit, wood apple, cayenne, fried peanuts, salt, and meulisan (sweets). Meulisan is sugar cane that is cooked until thick and brownish in colour. Lincah has a distinctive taste, delicious, and also healthy.
Currently lincah become one of the culinary people who are commonly sought. Especially in tourist sites, many foreign tourists are very fond of lincah Aceh.
