Composition:
Zucchini - 1 PC.
Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
Black pepper – to taste.
Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Zucchini cleaned, if seeds are large, remove them. Grate on a coarse grater, sent in a pan with vegetable oil.
2. Fry 10 minutes to boil away excess liquid. Then add the soy sauce and simmer another 5 minutes on low heat.
3. Add sesame seeds, black pepper and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. The dish is ready.
