Curry one of the most popular dish in the world, where every you go you will find curry. Curry is actually not a dish name but it's more like the combination of spices grounded and made into powder. You may think curry is one ingredient but it's actually a complex blend of spices. It's like Mexican secret spices rub they put on the pork ribs before bbq. You may ask why every country's curry is different?Different country have different type of curry, in term of spicyness, mouthfeel and taste. Britain
Surprisingly they have a large amount of restaurants that offer them. Their curry are usually not spicy and they may add richness into the dish with butter
India
Many say that India is the birth land of curry, but some still debate on that. I'm India there are a large quantity of Hindu believer, which means they are vegetarians. This is the reason why most curry in India are vegetarians, peas and beans as their main source of protein. They have also many type of curry blend .
Thailand
Thai curry are unique in the sence that their curry are not made from only the spice but mostly for the herb or leaf part of the spice. This gives a much more fresh and herby flavour. Fish sauce is also added to give savouriness .
Malaysian
Malaysian curry are much more sweeter compare to india's version, it's usually thicken with coconut milk. Coconut milk give the curry an extra layer of fragrance and flavour.
Japan
Japanese curry is thick and buttery. This is because corn starch is added as a thickening agent and butter adds richness.
