It's a well known phrase, but do you follow it?
Ingredients
4 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
100 ml milk or almond milk
1/2 cup cherries 1 tsp maple syrup
Prepare a healthy yummy:
Mix 4 tbsp oats with 1 tbsp chia seeds and 100 ml milk.
Stir well and keep in the fridge overnight.
For the cherry smoothie mix 1/2 cup cherries with 1 tsp
maple syrup in a food blender.
AND
Top with nuts, coconut, dark chocolate and fresh cherries. ENJOY!
