1-Divide chocolate among 4 bowls. Add a different color food coloring to each bowl and stir until combined.
2-On a sheet tray covered with parchment paper, dot each color in a collage-like pattern, filling the middle of the tray.
3-Using a mini spatula, mix the colors together to make a swirling pattern and to fill the tray. Top with sprinkles and candy pearls. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then break bark into smaller pieces and serve.
