Yellow rice, one of Indonesia's unique culinary heritage and different from the usual rice. Yellow rice, as the name implies is yellow rice by using natural food coloring that is turmeric. In addition to different colors with rice is usually a savory taste and fragrant aroma. Yellow rice is not only a food, but has symbolic meaning.
