This recipe for No Bake Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake makes a decadent, tempting chocolate cheesecake that’s loaded with Oreo goodness! This Double chocolate & Oreo cheesecake will blow your mind. Its so delicate and mouth watering.
INGREDIENTS
For the crust:
20 Oreos
4 tablespoons (60 grams) butter, melted
For the no-bake cheesecake:
450 gr cream cheese, softened to room temperature
250 gr mascarpone cheese
1 cup or (120 grams) powdered/icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups OR (480 ml) heavy whipping cream/ double cream
15 Oreos, chopped
Icing
Topping (optional)
6 Oreos, chopped
Directions
Step 1 : In a food processor add your Oreo cookies with melted butter and pulse few times until you get crumbs. Then press into your springform pan. I used a large one 9.5 inches, and set aside.
Step 2 : In a large bowl, add your softened cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, icing sugar and mix well.
Step 3 : In a separate bowl whisk your double/heavy cream until soft and then mix into the cheesecake.
Step 4 : Gently crush your cookies, we used just 1 pack around 5 cookies and add into the cheesecake. You don’t want to add too many, so the colour doesn’t change. We want it to be nice and white.
Step 5 : Place your cheesecake mixture over the oreo cookies and spread its round. Then melt some dark or milk chocolate and drizzle it around. Then drizzle some icing on top of the cake and decorate with more crushes and coarsely chopped Oreo cookies!
Step 6 : Leave in a fridge for 2-4 hours until fully set. Enjoy!
