EASY LEMON WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE
Enjoy this super easy, fresh and delicious whipped lemon frosting recipe. This can be used for so many things, cakes, pastries, pancakes, tarts.
This is a superb icing and does not take long to make. Lemon frosting gives your cakes a real zingy finish.
Ingredients
230 ml OR 1 cup whipping/double/heavy cream
2-4 tablespoon caster (superfine) sugar
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Step 2 : Using electric mixer, beat to soft peaks. Can be made 4 hours ahead.
Cover and chill. Re-whisk before using.
