Hey Friends, I wanted to give some of my favourite and best spring recipes of all time. These are both sweet and savoury and hopefully will inspire you to make them! gave me an idea of doing top ten, top 5 things and I wanted to test it out! So today I will share with you my top 10 spring recipes!! Here you go.
1. Mango & Vanilla Tart
This Mango Rose Tart uses fresh, ripe mangos and shortcrust pastry to make a delicious dessert. The key to this tart is firm, sweet, perfectly ripe mangos. After all – they’re the star of the show. Its really healthy, vibrant, easy and delicious meal. Not only it looks great, but tastes super yummy, juicy and rich in flavours. Chicken shashlik is a very popular chicken recipe. Chicken pieces are weaved on skewers and then either they are fried or grilled on on hot charcoal.
4. Beer & Cheese Bites
Melty cheese, smoky bacon and beer-battered bread make this grilled cheese the ultimate comfort food. Those mini snacks are great because it means you need at least three. I just love everything in this sandwich, cheese, bacon, butter, fresh white bread and beer! I mean what more could you want? This is an ultimate TV snack and best comfort food ever.
5. Stuffed Tomatoes with Mushroom & Mozarella
This juicy, richly baked tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms and mozzarella will satisfy vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. This dish is inexpensive, quick to prepare and always a favorite. Stuffed Tomatoes with Mushrooms makes a pleasant lunch dish or an attractive accompaniment to main dishes.
6. Raspberry & White Chocolate Muffins
The freshness of the raspberries beautifully complement the scrummy white chocolate. A great combination fo ingredients all within one scrummy muffin!! Made these for my friends and they just loved them! I find that it's best if you keep the white chocolate in large chunks as this tastes best once cooked. Makes approx. 12 muffins. The white chocolate and raspberries compliment each other beautifully in these tasty muffins.
7. Strawberry Cheesecake in a cup
