Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Today I will show you how to make amazing Lettuce Wraps.
If you think of veggies as containers for tasty ingredients, lunch gets more interesting. You'll love these, i promise! Lettuce wraps are a favorite of mine.
I crave them nightly, and for good reason! They’re easy to make, healthy, and so fun to eat!
Serve them for lunch, eat them for dinner! Gracious! With so many fun twists to choose from, you may be able to eat lettuce wraps all week long!
Ingredients
4 Romaine lettuce leafs
2 tomatos
half of avocado
parsley
4 walnuts
2 tbsp of low fat cream cheese
1/4 of cucumber
red and yellow peppers
salt & pepper
Directions
Step 1 : Blend or mix your avocado with cream cheese, parsley and walnuts.
Step 2 : Cut all your veggies into bite size pieces.
Step 3 : Mix all your veggies with the cream cheese mixture, season well and serve on romaine lettuce leafs.
Step 4 : Enjoy straight away :)
