Cinnamon Plum Smoothie
You need 4 large plums pitted and cut into chunks, 2/4 cup frozen blueberries, 2/4 cup natural apple juice, cinnamon to taste and ice cubes. Blend all ingredients 10 minutes. You will get a lot of kaylories from this smoothie.
Spirulina Smoothie
To make Spirulina Smoothie you need Almond Milk, Banana, Pineapple, Ocean’s Alive Marine Phytoplankton and Spirulina. Blend them 5 minutes.
Strawberry, Kale and Spinach Detox Smoothie
