Good day to all my friend..
I am someone who really likes noodles, it is my favorite food that has lasted a long time since I know food...😊😊.
Almost every day I always enjoy noodles with various versions of cuisine, ranging from boiled noodles, soup noodles, meatball noodles, fried noodles to raw noodles.
But among the many dishes, the most favorite dish of course is fried noodles cooked using a seasoning or the term Acehnese known as "Dabeuh" like red chili mills, tomatoes, onions and more..
Noodle seasoning or "Dabeuh"..
Of course fried noodles are very tasty food if the person who cooks it has a special recipe that can make our tongue vibrate because of its delicious, even though the fried noodles are not added to anything other than ordinary ingredients like salt, sauce, soy sauce and so on ....😁.
However, the most delicious fried noodle dishes in my opinion are noodles cooked using meat,.
So even though it's hard to find it and even have to pay more, it doesn't make me give up.
If there is an opportunity and have a lot of money, then I will go look for some birds to a place that usually sells various types of birds to mix with fried noodles cooked by noodle sellers.
As was the case this evening, I just bought 3 types of puruk birds to slaughter and then cook them with noodles.
Even though the price is a little expensive rather than looking directly into the fields, it doesn't matter as long as I can enjoy it with noodles ..
Puruk birds.
This is a photo of puruk bird that we have slaughtered and peeled off, just then chopped and mix it in to fried noodles.
And this is a photo of bird meat that we have finely chopped and ready to put in a cauldron by a chef who cooks noodles ..
Now, just waiting for the fried noodles to be ready.
I could not show a photo when the fried noodles are ready, I don't want to make you ask for it so my quota is reduced ...haha.
If you want, please search for birds and slaughter them yourself to cook with noodles.
Sorry, if the stomach is hungry, I will not care for you ...is that the habit of hungry people ... haha.
Thank you..
