Don't know what about you people, but when i see the rain outside my window i start to think about the next soup i want to have, But i have a problem. I am lazy. That means that my soups and recipes must be easy to make, so i wont need to work to hard :)
So as promised, here is a recipe for a very easy, colorful and very tasty Vegetables Soup
Ingredients:
- 5 medium carrots, cut into squares
- 2 large onions, roughly cut
- 1 large zucchini cut into thin slices
- 300 g pumpkin cut
- 4 large potatoes cut into squares
- 2 chopped celery sticks
- Paprika powder
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- pepper
Preparation:
- Start by throwing the onion in the pot with a bit oil for a few minutes until the onion get yellowish-clear color.
- Add the carrots and the celery to the onion, they require longer cooking time then the rest of the vegetables. Give them 10-15 minutes on small fire.
- Add the rest of the vegetables and mix them.
- Add 2-3 liters of water, depend on the amount of eaters.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika powder and turmeric powder (Don't add to much turmeric for it has a very strong taste.
- let it cook for about 1.5 hours on medium fire.
- ENJOY! :)
If you are lazy like me, this is the annoying part, all that chopping, but hey, thinking about how good this will turn out to be gives me more power to continue working :)

Usually i don't like add croutons or anything like that to the soup so i will be able to fully enjoy the taste of it, bit if you want to turn that soup into a full meal very easily just make some rice and add to the soup. That's promise to fill you up for hours to come.
Tried it and liked it? Tried it and didnt liked it? Want to tell me anything? Feel free to leave your comment below and i promise to answer. Until next time...
