This is your Amrish again here with a delicious dish 👉 Swiss Roll which is a desert.
Can be served after dinner , in the parties, or whenever you wanna make your loved one smile.

Ingredients we need.......
- All purpose flour 👉 50 gram
- Baking porder 👉 3 gram
- Baking soda. 👉 2 gram
- Milk. 👉 45 ml
- Condensed Milk 👉 100 gram
- Melted butter 👉 25 gram
Method......... - Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix all the liquid ingredients ina separate bowl to form a sticky texture.
- Now, mix your sticky mixture in the dry one properly.
(remember, dont mix it too much to avoid formation of Gluton.) - When mixed , take your baking tray
Polish it with oil and spread a butter paper on it.
5.now make a sheet with your mixture on butter paper.
It should be approx. 0.25 mm thick. - Bake it @ 180° c for 8 minutes.
When your sheet is baked.
Remove butter paper and spread jam and then whipped cream.
Make a roll and freeze kt in freezer for 30minutes.
When freezed, cut it in circular shapes and served cold.
