Ingredients.
- 300 grams of minced pork.
- 100 grams of crab meat.
- 1 shallots.
- 3 lemongrass (cut into pieces).
- 1 ginger.
- Oyster sauce, fish sauce, black pepper.
- About 6 empty crab shells
Instructions.
- Minced the shallot, lemongrass, and ginger, filter and keep the liquid.
- In a large bowl, mix well minced pork, crab meat, the juice you've just filtered, oyster sauce, fish sauce and black pepper for about 30 minutes for soak up.
- Filling the mixture into the empty crab shells (or ramekin).
- Heat vegetable oil in the saucepan over low heat, put the crab shells into a saucepan and deep fry on the both side until golden. Cover with the lid.
- You can bake this if you want.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce, garnish with coriander.
