Ingredients.
- 500 grams of beef chuck (sliced).
- 8 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
- Dried rosemary leaves.
- Salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard.
Instructions.
- In the large bowl, combine beef and 1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves, garlic, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar and 3 teaspoons dijon mustard. Mix well and put it into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or over night.
- Grill for about 5 minutes per side until medium rare. Serve with favourite salad or grilled vegetable.
