Ingredients.
- 2lbs of oyster.
- A little of rice wine.
- About 10 shallots (sliced).
- A bunch of green onion (chopped).
- 200 grams of peanut (fried).
Instructions.
- Drain and rinse well the oysters, place the oysters on hot grill, cover the grill and cook until the oyster open. Keep the shells.
- Pour a little of the rice wine into the oyster, grilled for about 10 minutes at 150°C.
- Fried onion: Heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in the pan over medium low heat. Add shallot and fry well until golden brown. Then remove the shallot and mix it with 1 teaspoon sugar. The shallot can crispness (optional).

- Eat with green mustard sauce (if you like it).
