Ingredients.
- 400 grams of pork belly (cut into pieces).
- 4 lemongrass (cut into pieces).
- 2 shallots.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 4 chilli (optional).
- 50 grams of coriander.
- 200 grams of roasted peanut (crushed).
- 150 grams satay chilli oil.
- 3 teaspoons of sugar.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of pig stock powder.
- A little of oyster sauce, five-spicy powder, tumeric powder.
Instructions.
- Prepare the mixture: put lemongrass, shallot, garlic, chilli, coriander and a little of water into a blender and grind these. Then wix well with a little of oyster sauce, five-spicy powder and tumeric powder. Set aside.
- Marinate the pork with the prepared mixture for about 30 minutes for soak up. Then skewers pork with sticks.
- Preheat oven to 200°C for about 20 minutes. Cook on each side for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- Prepare the dipping sauce: Combine peanut with water, satay chilli oil, sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder into a saucepan, bring to a boil until the sauce is thickened.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
