Ingredients.
- 300 grams pork rib (cut into pieces).
- 600 grams taro (coco-yam)-(cut into pieces).
- 1 shallot (finely chopped).
- Green onion (chopped), culantro (or sawleaf)-(chopped).
- Salt and sugar.
Instructions.
- Bring to cup of water, bring to a boil over high heat. When the water is boiling, add pork ribs for about 2 minutes just clean it. Drain and rinse until water is clear.
- In the large saucepan, combine pork ribs, 1 teaspoon salt, shallot and cool water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 hour until soft.
- About 30 minutes before the cook is finished, add the taro into a saucepan. Simmer for until soft.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
- Sprinkle green onion and culantro on top.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
