Ingredients.
- 8 shrimps (shelled and deveined).
- 150 grams of dried caulerpa lentillifera.
- 1 small carrot (julienned in a mandoline).
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce.
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice.
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
- 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Chilli (finley chopped).
Instructions.
- Soak caulerpa lentillifera with boiled cool water for about 15 minutes, set aside.
- Boil water to cook the shrimp until the flesh is totally pink, put it into a bowl to drain.
- Prepare the sauce: Combine sugar with fresh lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, chilli and stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
- Mix the salad: Put caulerpa lentillifera into a bowl to drain, combine shrimp, carrots. Final step is add the mixed sauce you've just prepared.
- Serve with prawn cracker.
