Ingredients.
- 400 grams of pig heart (cut into 4 parts).
- 3 slices of Solomon Seal Rhizome.
- 6 slices of Chinese Yam.
- 1 slices of Codonopsis Root.
- 5 grams seed of Fritillaria.
- 3 grams of Chinese Wolfberries.
- 4 Red Dates.
- 4 grams of dried lotus seed.
- Salt, sugar, black pepper and fresh lime juice.
Instructions.
- Rinse well pig heart with white wine.
- In the pot, add the Chinese herbs at the bottom, then add the pig hearts, salt, sugar. Cover with chicken broth and steamed for at least 2 hours.
- Sliced steamed pig heart and serve with (mix well salt, sugar, black pepper and fresh lime juice).
PS: You can use a pork shoulder instead.
