Ingredients.
- 200 grams beef tenderloin (very thinly sliced).
- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced).
- 1/2 red pepper (thinly sliced).
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
- Basil leaves.
- Oyster sauce, fish sauce, black pepper, vegetable oil, salt.
Instructions.
- Mix well beef with 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl for about 20 minutes. So the beef can soak up.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat, add garlic and fry well until golden. Then add the beef, stir-fry well for about 2 minutes until has a little pink inside. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan which you've just cooked the beef and cook in the leftover beef oil. Add onions and red pepers and stir-fry well together until browned. Then add the beef back in, add oyster sauce, fish sauce. Stir-fry for a few seconds and add basil until just wilted. Final step is add black pepper on top.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
