Ingredients.
- 1 onion (chopped).
- 1 green pepper (chopped).
- 2 tomatoes (chopped).
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped).
- Green onion (sliced).
- 1 cup cool water.
- 4 tablespoons ketchup.
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano.
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
- Vegetable oil.
Instructions.
- Heat oil in the saucepan over medium low heat, add all the ingredients, except cool water, salt and ketchup. Fry stir well for about 2 minutes. Then add cool water and ketchup. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes (cover with lid). Add salt to taste.
- Serve hot with fried chicken as a dipping sauce.
