Materials and spices:
8 pieces of red onion
1 piece of garlic
5 red chili peppers
6 fruit belimbing wuluh
10 pieces of string / bean length
2 slices of galangal (laos)
Salt to taste
Caster sugar (refined sugar) to taste
Clean the skin of the potato first, by grated the skin with a knife. Then cut into pieces, then wash.
Then weed out all the spices, such as onion, garlic, cayenne, laos, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Boil water until boiling, then put starfruit wuluh and spices that have been mashed earlier into the pan.
