Hey guys! Today I wanted to have something a bit different and try make these veggie patties! We only have rice cookers to cook the patty but its far better to use a non stick pan or grill in the oven to make them super crispy.
With this recipe you can make it in bulk and put them in the freezer and grill them before school or work. The ratio of brown rice to oats and can of beans is 1:1:1 so you can adjust that depending on how much you want to make.
I also recommend using a lot of spices and a bit of salt. We didn't have spices as they are expensive in Chiang Mai. You can use the patties in a burger/bagel or with rice and use any topping you want!
