- 4 small bowls of cucumber (thinly sliced).
- 1/4 small bowl of red onion (thinly sliced).
- 1/4 small bowl of red pepper (cut it into small cubes).
- 60mls of rice vinegar.
- 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp of sesame oil, 1/4 tsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of salt.
