Hi steemian friends I bring you a rich weekend: chicken wings baked. These chicken wings are wonderful and easy to prepare.
Invite your friends or your partner to the kitchen to prepare the marinade for the wings, placing them neatly on the baking tray and decorating them with the sesame seeds.
Ingredients
12 chicken wings
4 tablespoons of corn oil
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
4 cloves of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Preparation
Wash the chicken wings while rubbing them with lemon. Remove the tip of the wings and then separate them in two, cutting them in the joint. Measure the corn oil, soy sauce and rice vinegar in a bowl and add the crushed garlic and fresh grated ginger. Dip the wings in this marinade and let them sit in the fridge for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 500º F / 260º C. Remove the wings from the refrigerator and place them neatly on a baking sheet. Decorate with sesame seeds and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
