This is my favorite snack from the first. Preparation is rather a lot and quite time consuming but the result is really worth the hard work!
ingredients 8 serving
- 4 pieces Potatoes
- 6 chicken eggs Eggs
- 1 piece Onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces of sausage
- To taste Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Basil to taste
- Boil the potatoes and sprinkle of salt so that gives a sense of
- While waiting for the kentangnya mature, we sliced onions and garlic
- Cut sausage diagonally and thin-thin
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and let cool briefly
- Cut potatoes so thin-thin
- Saute onions and garlic until somewhat wilted and fragrant
- Saute sausage with a little oil briefly
- Mix all ingredients above in a large pan
- Stir in basil, pepper and salt. Stir until evenly
- Beat the eggs and add to the pot. Stir until evenly
- Move all the mixture onto a non-stick pan for baking
- Cover the pot and use a low heat-are so matangnya evenly and not charred on the bottom
- After a reasonably mature enough, we flip so that the upper part could be ripening too
Ready to be served!
The contents are very solid and make full lho. Edible wear cocolan chilli sauce and mayonnaise are also suitable
