And with owner Aaron and maître D’ / sommelier Josh at the helm the place runs like a well oiled machine. The wait staff is outstanding, (Cristian is my absolute favorite, ask for him). Go to Market 17 for a true “clean “ , gourmet dinner experience
The menu changes constantly, so you will always find a nice surprise even if you were regular patron like myself.
The seafood dishes are phenomenal, and chef Lauren pairs the most complex and sophisticated sides.
