Today I cooked my favourite spaghetti "Melissa" which is a famous Greek pasta brand! I chose spaghetti with whole grain flour and I boiled them according the time which is written on...
At the same time I prepared a special tomato sause with onions, tomatoes, green pepper and of course olive oil.
I cooked them for a while and I crushed some feta cheese at the end with some dried oregano.
I served my favourite spaghetti with the sause and some extra fresh basil... What beautiful colours, smells.... and fantastic flavours!!!
