DIRECTIONS
First of all you need to chop onions as finely as you can and keep it in a bowl.
Add gram flour (Maida), Rice flour , Ginger Paste , Finely chopped onions , salt etc.
Mix them thoroughly and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes.
Add water little by little in such manner that the mixture sticks to the onions perfectly.
Heat some oil in a frying pan (Kadhai).
Check the oil before putting in your entire batch by putting in just a pinch of the mixture.
Take small portions of the mixture and gently drop them one by one in the oil.
Fry them until they are golden brown in colour.
Take them out and place them on a paper towel to soak up the extra oil.
Serve them with a sauce of your own preference or you might even like to make a chutney for it.
PS : I added some extra things into the mixture like Spinach Oregano Flakes and some Parsley Flakes as I like some bitter notes but You can add almost any flavour Profile you like.
