Crispy corn with a chinese style. This is an innovation in which crispy corn is made and tossed with onion, tomato, green chilli, spring onions and sauces.
Ingredients
American Corn – 1 cup (boiled)
Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
Corn Flour – 3 tsp
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Green Chillies – 2 (chopped)
Spring Onion – 3 tbsp (chopped)
Tomato Ketchup – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Soya Sauce – ½ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Oil – 2 tbsp + for frying
Method
In a bowl add corn, gram flour, corn flour, salt & red chilli powder & mix well.
Now fry the corns in hot oil until they becomes crispy. Keep aside.
Now heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan & add onion, tomato, spring onion & green chillies & saute for 1-2 minutes.
Mix the fried corns to it & add salt, soya sauce, vinegar & mix well.
Add tomato ketchup & cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
