Egg and Spinach Flatbread
sandwich is a great choice for healthy breakfast.
I admit,...I don't always eat my breakfast....
And I'm guessing, I'm not the only one ;)
When I'm rushing in the morning, my coffee has to work a double duty.
But when I'm not, I like to make my breakfast extra healthy and delicious.
Something like this....
I keep my recipes simple!!
I don't like to complicate things.

These are the ingredients you need for this recipe
Start by
heating up the greased medium skillet
and place flatbread, cut tomatoes and spinach and heat everything up
1 minute, no more!
Remove the flatbread and veggies
Continue Heating the skillet over medium heat
and gently crack the egg (make sure not to brake the yolk)
Season it with salt pepper and paprika
Turn over
and continue cooking until the yolk is gently set
Your flatbread
and spinach with tomato should be ready for the egg ;)
