My family loves to eat burgers during the summer.
I always make extra patties and store them in the fridge so if anyone gets hungry any time during the day (or night) can quickly make himself a delicious and juice cheeseburger.
Burgers are great for grill outs and it's something easy to prepare once you have the patties cooked.
These can be done with your favourite meat.
So many of the burger patties recipe ask to add bread crumbs.
I like to keep my burgers gluten free therefore I don't add any bread crumbs instead I make them with gluten free flour.
Lets make our burger patty
- 1 kg ground meat
Add to taste:
- salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- oregano (dry)
- basil (dry)
Next add:
- 2 1.2 tbs of
- 2 eggs
Combine everything
into nice mixture
Form the burger patties
Grill them
5 minutes per side
or until well done
Place the patties in a container
and have them ready for your next delicious meal :)
