Delicious Potato-Cauliflower Soup with carrots, onion and dill.
Small amount of work .... soup quick to prepare even when you come back home tired after long day at work...
You won't need to be a chefs to cook this amazing soup yourself :)
It's very healthy and delicious!!
This Potato-Cauliflower Soup
can be cooked and eaten during any season of the year (as long as you have the ingredients).
For this recipe you'll need:
- lots of potatoes!
Peel the potatoes
and chop them into small square pieces
Something like this....
Have your chicken broth ready
And frozen cauliflower-vegetables mix
( if you'd like to use fresh veggies, peel and chop them as you do with the potatoes)
Combine all your veggies in a pot
Add the chicken broth
(you can use different broth if you'd like)
Add some flavour...
Bay leaf and whole Jamaica Allspice
Salt and black pepper
Continue cooking
on medium-low heat
until the vegetables are soft.
