by drinking a smoothie in the morning.
And this way you could skip your coffee....
Today, I decided to make a banana smoothie
With the addition of orange, pear, kiwi and ice.
I like to make smoothies.
They are very nutritious.
And don't require too much work.
Place your ingredients in the blander and
blend them on high speed until smooth.
Pour it into a glass cup
Garnish with an orange slice
Make it for yourself :))
