I love trying out new foods and new recipes. Earlier on today, I found a recipe on how to make ricotta gnocchi. At first, I did not know what it was. I then saw that it is kind of like dumplings with a sauce poured over. It is an Italian dish. It looks fantastic. I will definitely try it out. Here is a short video that shows you how to make it.
